The Stafford Park Subdivision in Rock Hill has an annual light show/contest each year amongst the residents. This year, on 12-10 and 12-11, we will stage our 2010 light show. We take voluntary donations at the entrance to Stafford Park of toys, food, and/or money to benefit Toys For Happiness on those 2 nights. As folks drive through the neighborhood, they are given ballots to vote for their favorite houses and as they leave the neighborhood, the ballots are counted over those 2 nights. The residents then get together on that Sunday to count the ballots and enjoy a potluck party together. My house (pictured) was only good enough for 4th place, just to give you an idea of what we do in the neighborhood. The more people we can get to come, the more potential donations we can collect for our Charity of choice (Toys for Happiness) so please come down and vist us Dec 10th &/or 11th and if you are able, bring a toy, some food, or a few dollars. However, if you just want to come to enjoy the lights, that's great too. We do this for the community.
