Nikitas Christmas Wonderland

Indian Trail's Christmas Wonderland

Nikitas’ Christmas Wonderland 2010 is now open for all to visit in person or see it via the internet. I am proud to announce that my Christmas Extravaganza has won the 2009 “House of the Season”. Our Holiday Display was even mentioned on television on WCNC News 36. This year we enhanced and improved many of our showpieces. The most noticeable enhancement is that the Santa’s Castle now stands over 9 feet.

Our other showpieces includes many of the previous favorites such as the Toy Factory, the Gingerbread House, the Bi-Polar Spa, Santa’s Train and Kringle’s Bakery. These are all designed and built out of wood by yours truly. Some fun facts for this year’s display are that there are 62,785 LED and regular lights displayed and it took Santa's Helpers and myself 370 man hours to set up for Thanksgiving night grand lighting. Another very important fact is that the Hot Chocolate Donation Cup raised $600 last year for the Hemby Children's Hospital in Matthews, North Carolina.
