Tiger Scouts from local pack 19 den 5 accompanied by family and friends visited Meghan Danahey today during a live newscast! The children were very excited and in awe of the wonderful staff and studio channel 6 Charlotte has. Who knew that being a meteorologist was that much fun! The tiger scouts were able to check out the green screen, sit at the anchor desk and watch a live broadcast! The Tiger Scouts would like to thank Ms. Meghan Danahey and everyone at news channel 6 for taking time out of their busy schedule and showing us what it's like to be behind the scenes!
