Ok, I know that in the political world the next election is practically right around the corner at all times. However, to be pointing fingers at one another, both Democrats AND Republicans is just a waste of time. The whole country had to go through a major deficit (which we are still in) so that means each individual state has to pitch in it's share. Other states have been taxed more heavily, whilst others have not. That's politics, they don't always "fix" everything right away as people in America have gotten used to "quick fixes". One of the reasons Healthcare got so bad was that people were eating fast food and taking "placebo" pills that didn't actually do much or anything at all instead of taking care of themselves like we should. I'm not here to push for a political agenda but to be putting out a story about the 2010 elections is just way premature as we are still trying to come out of this recession that is the worst since the Great Depression. I suggest to the media that you go after stories such as the community drive to feed the hungry rather than focus on the "dark side" of politics.
