We live on the border between Boone and Todd NC right on the New River. The snow is beautiful and the dogs just love it. We have not seen any cars out this way today and do not expect to see any. I bet we have almost a foot of snow out there. We will just stay in and enjoy it. After all, losing power at 9:00am on Christmas morning and there on for four days was enough. Anything is better than ice!
