5 Ingredient Asian Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of thin spaghetti or ramen or udon noodles
- 6 cups chicken stock , )or 6 cups water and 2 heaping tablespoons of Better Than Bouillon)
- 3 tablespoon lite soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter
- sriracha (to taste, I usually use just less than a tablespoon for a pound of pasta)
- Crushed peanuts (optional)
- sliced green onions (optional)
- Cooked Chicken (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles on high with stock for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain off 90% of the water
- Add soy sauce, peanut butter and sriracha. Mix well.
- Add peanuts, green onions, veggies or chicken for a satisfying meal.
