Try this easy breakfast recipe

Chef Julie Busha shows us how to make a delicious breakfast using eggs and English muffins.

INGREDIENTS:

1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled and chopped

1 lb cheddar cheese, grated

1 small onion, diced

1/2 lb cooked bacon, crumbled (ham can be substituted)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp spicy mustard

Tabasco (optional)

pepper, to taste

garlic powder, to taste

english muffins

Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Mix eggs, cheddar, onion, bacon, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Tabasco, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well. To serve, place a large spoonful of the mixture on each half of an English muffin and sprinkle Parmesan cheese atop. Place muffins on a baking dish under a broiler until slightly browned. Serves 15 or more people.

This mixture can be frozen or will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
