Dinner on the Grill-
Grilled Steak:
Set steak out 1-2 hours prior to grilling to warm to room temperature and at that time add Flavor Seed’s Divine Bovine Organic Steak Rub.
Bring grill to 450 degrees or higher and grill 4-8 minutes depending on desired temperature and thickness of meat. Allow meat to rest 5 minutes prior to serving.
Grilled Chicken Breast:
Just prior to grilling pull chicken breast out (butterfly if possible) and coat with a small amount of olive oil. Sprinkle each side of breast with a dusting of Flavor Seed’s Anything With Wings and grill on high until fully cooked or 165 degrees internal temperature. Allow to rest 3-5 minutes prior to serving.
Asparagus:
Measure out 18 inches of aluminum foil. Wash asparagus and snap off the bottom third of the stalk with your hand. Add asparagus to aluminum foil, drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add a generous sprinkling of Divine Bovine over the asparagus. Seal the asparagus in the aluminum foil by folding into a pouch. Add pouch to grill and grill on high 6-8 minutes until desired tenderness. Remove from foil promptly to preserve crispness.
For a complete Grilled dinner consider adding grilled corn on the cob while you are cooking these other delicious ingredients.
