Salsaritas makes Chicken Fajita Nachos

Chicken Fajita Nachos Recipe :

  • 3 oz. cooked tortilla chips
  • 6-8 Tablespoons queso
  • ¾ cup grilled chicken (cubed)
  • ¼ cup fajita veggies (cut into strips)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 oz. Cholula Corn Salsa
  • 4 Tablespoons pico de gallo
  • 2 Tablespoons onion
  • 2 Tablespoons jalapenos
  • Drizzle of sour cream

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Grill marinated chicken thighs and cut into 1” cubes.
  2. Drizzle 1 ounce of olive oil into a skillet and add ¼ cup fajita veggies. Add a pinch of kosher salt and cook for 4-6 minutes or until cooked on the outside and crisp inside.
  3. Place tortilla chips onto a large plate and pour the queso evenly over the chips.
  4. Add grilled chicken and fajita veggies.
  5. Top with your preferred toppings! We added Cholula Corn Salsa, pico de gallo, onions, jalapenos, and a drizzle of sour cream.
