RECIPE #1 – grilled PORK loin filet
GRILL ALL SMITHFIELD ROASTED GARLIC & HERB MARINATED FRESH PORK LOIN FILETS (ALREADY SEASONED IN THE PACKAGE)
Let the loin filets rest on a cutting board for a few minutes, cut it on the diagonal into thin slices, and serve over a rice or grain with the grilled peach salad (RECIPE #2).

RECIPE #2 – PEACH SALAD
Ingredients:
4 peaches, halved and pitted
Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup raspberries
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
¼ cup BUZZ + BLOOM honey
*add baby Arugula or spinach to balance sweetness and add nutrients
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Lightly spray peaches with cooking spray. Transfer peaches to grill and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until peaches start to soften, turning and rotating occasionally.
Spread ¼ cup ricotta into each of 4 dessert plates or bowls. Place peaches over ricotta; sprinkle with raspberries, mint leaves and baby greens.
Drizzle with honey and serve immediately

3 TBSP Dijon mustard
3 TBSP Buzz and Bloom Honey

8 slices Swiss cheese
Bread and butter pickles

add a can of fire roasted and refrigerate
WHen ready to serve, gently reheat and top with black beans, avocado, lettuce, cheese, etc for family favorite easy meal

Honey salsa
1 28 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes
2 jalapenos*
2-3 cloves garlic
½ cup (packed) fresh Cilantro
2 TBS fresh lime juice
2 TBS honey
Kosher salt and pepper
Cumin to taste*
