1 Cantaloupe
1 Honeydew
1 bunch Cilantro
1/4 cup
Coconut cream
Protein:
1lb tossed in salt and pepper and cilantro. Seared in olive oil and thinly sliced
Condiments

Lime juice, fresh
Oils & Vinegar
1/4 cup
Olive oil
Add cilantro, lime juice, coconut and oil and toss melons.
