Italian Sausage Dip (stolen dip) by Adam Ripper

3 lbs ground hot Italian sausage

1 large onion chopped

½ green pepper chopped

½ red pepper chopped

2 tsp minced garlic

3 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes

3 cups tomato juice

8 oz fresh mushrooms sliced

3 tsp beef bouillon base

1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning

3 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Add all ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add cheese and mix well.

Serve with Tostitos scoops or Frito scoops.
