Recipe: Spicy shrimp over angel hair pasta

A light Italian dinner that’s easy to make.


Spicy Shrimp Over Angel Hair
Serves 2-4

1/2 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
3/4 Pound Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
1 32 oz Jar of Cannizzaro Arrabbiata
1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano

Cook pasta according to directions.

Heat oil in a large saute pan. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper and add to hot oil. Turn after 3 minutes and saute for another 3-4 minutes. Add desired amount of Cannizzaro Arrabbiata Sauce. When sauce is hot, serve over pasta and garnish with parsley and Parmigiano Reggiano -enjoy!

The shrimp make the cutest hearts when plated right too. This could serve as an appetizer or an entree.
