.75 oz. Maple Syrup

3 dashes bitter orange twist

1.5 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

1 oz Green Creme de Menthe

3 oz heavy cream

Chocolate for garnish

Carolina Apple Cider

1 oz bourbon

1 oz lairds applejack

4 oz fresh apple cider

.75 fall syrup

From The Patch

2 oz. spiced Rum

1 oz. Amaro Montenegro

3 oz pumpkin Purée

Black Sea salt

Fall syrup recipe

16 oz water

4 cinnamon sticks

10 whole cloves

3 star anise

1 tbls. Nutmeg

1 cup brown sugar

Add all ingredients into small saucepan boil reduce by half (8 oz.) then strain out spices. Refrigerate

Pumpkin Purée

1 pound Pumpkin Flesh cubed

8 oz . Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Clive

1 Tbs. cinnamon

1 tsp. Nutmeg

1 oz vanilla extract

1 cup water

Take all ingredients add into roasting pan cover with aluminum foil and roost 300 Degrees for 45 minutes. Add all ingredients in the blender add 1 cup of water and purée. Add more sugar to taste .
