Recipe - Chimichurri Beef Skewers


2 Cups Parsley

1/2 Cup Minced Garlic

1/4 Cup Dry Oregano

2 Cups Blended Oil

1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  1. Chop fresh parsley very fine.
  2. Transfer to a medium bowl and whisk in oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes.
  3. Let sit for an hour.

Beef Marinade

2 Cups Blended Oil

1 3/4 Cups GLUTEN FREE Soy Sauce

1 Cup Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Worcestershire

1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp Salt and Pepper Mix

Combine all ingredients in an airtight container, whisk to combine.


2# of top sirloin filet cleaned and cut into 1/2" cubes

  1. Marinate beef for at least 20 minutes.
  2. While beef is marinating, soak skewers in water. Skewer beef.
  3. Grill beef for 2 minutes on each side until desired temperature. Top with chimichurri. Enjoy!

Recipe - Beyond Brat 

1 yellow onion, sliced thin

2 green bell peppers, sliced thin

2 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Cup of your favorite beer

Salt and pepper

Beyond Brat - Can be purchased at Target, certain Whole Foods and Amazon

Hot Dog Bun - VBGB uses a soft hot dog vegan bun but there are gluten-free options too

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Sauté the peppers until slightly limp.
  3. Add onions and continue sautéing.
  4. Once onions and peppers are a minute from being done, add the beer and sauté another minute.
  5. Grill brat for about 6 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees.
  6. Put brat in bun and top with the onions and peppers. Enjoy!
