CONCORD, N.C. — The Concord Police Department is currently searching for a suspect accused of shooting a man multiple times Sunday afternoon in Concord.
According to police, the shooting happened in the 800 block of Ramsgate Drive SW. Upon arriving on the scene, officers and medical responders located 21-year-old Solomon Fennell, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Fennell was transported to CMC-Main where he is currently in stable condition, police report.
Police said it appears that the suspect and Fennell were known to each other and this was not a random incident. The only description of the suspect is a black male, approximately 6’ tall with a husky build.
