CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man wanted for abducting a child in Washington County, Virginia has ties to North Carolina, according to U.S. Marshals.
Investigators said 51-year-old Barry Andrew Glenn also has connections in Tennessee and Virginia.
There is a reward of up to $1,000 being offered for information leading to Glenn's arrest.
