One person was rushed to the hospital after a shooting at a southeast Charlotte apartment complex, police said.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police was called to a reported shooting on Pebblestone Drive, near the intersection of Village Lake Drive and East Independence Boulevard around 3:30 Monday morning.
When police got to the scene, they found a man who was shot. The victim, who officers said was a teenager, was taken to the hospital for treatment.
CMPD has not identified a suspect at this time and the motive for the shooting hasn't been determined. No arrests have been made.
