A woman said she was raped in the University area on New Year's Day, according to police.
It happened around 10 p.m. by Ikea and Goodwill. Police said the 54-year-old victim met the suspect earlier in the day, and he bought her lunch.
The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment. The suspect was said to be cooperating in the investigation.
