YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A man's body was found along the area of I-77 northbound near MM 69 near the Chester/York County line, the Chester County Sheriff's Office reports.
According to deputies, a passerby spotted the man's body on the side of the road. As of right now, this is a death investigation.
The investigation is ongoing as detectives search for evidence. The body will be sent to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
