CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Fire investigators say a three-alarm fire at a north Charlotte business Thursday morning was accidental.

According to the Charlotte Fire Department, firefighters responded to a commercial building fire at Twin State Trailers in the 8600 block of Statesville Road around 6 a.m.

Charlotte Fire says that officials determined that heated sawdust from the sanding floors ignited, causing an estimated $85,000 in damage.

Fire officials say a crew of 60 firefighters was able to get the blaze under control in just over 30 minutes. No injuries were reported during the fire.
