CHESTER, S.C. -- Fast food turns to fists flying at a Chester County McDonalds, when two employees came to blows Wednesday night. And deputies say the beef was over apple pie.
According to Chester County investigators, one of the employees was asked start baking the pies, and that turned into an argument.
The employee was then asked to leave the store, but according to the police report, the employee refused. A worker threatened to call the police and witnesses say the employee responded, "If you call police, I'm gonna beat your (expletive)."
"I'm thinking oh man something's about to really happen right now," says customer Noah Smith, who'd come into the store to buy his girlfriend a McChicken.
Sensing something wrong, Smith took out his cellphone and started recording, just in time to capture a fist fight between two employees behind the counter.
"She runs back over there and does this like flying punch and hits the lady. And that's when it all went down," Smith says.
Smith posted the video on Facebook and within 24 hours, it had already generated more than 85,000 views.
The Chester County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the incident. A spokesperson says charges are possible.
