LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Detectives in Lincoln County were searching for a missing 16-year-old girl on Friday afternoon. Allissann Marie Quates was found safe and has returned home.

The 16-year-old is five feet tall and weighs 85 pounds. She has hazel eyes, brown hair, and a pierced nose.

On Thursday, deputies were called to a home on Grassy Creek Road. The father said Quates didn’t get off the school bus and was last seen at North Lincoln High School.
