CHARLOTTE, N.C. — What started as just a way to thank NBC Charlotte chief meteorologist Brad Panovich is now helping those affected by Hurricane Florence.
T-shirts reading "I'm a Brad FANovich" were sold to help those impacted by the deadly storm.
In all, $37,000 was raised through the sale of the t-shirts for hurricane victims across the Carolinas.
The money will be split among four charities: Samaritan's Purse, Convoy of Hope, Paws Place Rescue and Team Rubicon Disaster Response.
