ATLANTA — The daughter-in-law of Former President Jimmy Carter has passed away.
The Jimmy Carter Presidential Library tweeted Tuesday evening that they were saddened to hear about the loss of Annette Carter. Annette was the wife of President Carter's son, Jeff.
"Our thoughts are with Jeff and their children and the entire Carter family," the tweet stated.
The social media post also included a 1977 photo of the two sitting on the Truman Balcony at the White House.
