CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- ​President Obama and Hillary Clinton announced today their first joint campaign appearance will be in Charlotte next Tuesday.

This will be the first joint campaign appearance for Obama and Clinton since Clinton announced her run for the White House.

They were originally suppose to hold their first campaign appearance in Green Bay, but it was postponed after the Orlando nightclub shooting.

Campaign officials have not yet released the details of the time and place in Charlotte where President Obama and Clinton will make their appearance.

"In Charlotte, President Obama and Hillary Clinton will discuss building on the progress we've made and their vision for an America that is stronger together," Clinton's campaign said in a statement.
