CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Chef Jenny, the owner of Davidson Ice House, joins NBC Charlotte Sunday morning with her quick and easy Garlic herb and potatoes recipe.

BB's Special Sauce 

Great for roasted potatoes, cooked vegetables on chicken, or as a warm butter sauce for seafood. 

  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 1/4 cup of minced onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Handful of chopped, fresh herbs

Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, whisk in mayo, then herbs. Serve warm.
