It's not easy being green. And a belly full of rocks doesn't make it easier.
Kermit, a pet frog from Plano, Texas, swallowed 30 small rocks before undergoing successful surgery at Paws & Claws Animal Hospital. His X-ray was the winner in Veterinary Practice News' annual "They Ate WHAT?" competition where vets submit X-rays of the weird things animals have eaten. Kermit's story helped Paws & Claws Animal Hospital take home a $1,500 prize.
