CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers have a new official sponsor.
You may see the name Harrah's Cherokee Casinos around the stadium soon.
The partnership was announced on Thursday. The agreement lets the casino provide prizes for the Panthers Pick'em game through the Panthers mobile app.
Fans are able to predict game action and results for the chance to win prizes, including weekend stays at the casino.
The partnership also gives the company naming rights to Champions Village, the pregame corporate hospitality tailgate, as well as the 5th Quarter, the team's post-game watch party.
Harrah's Cherokee Casinos, by the way, is located about three hours west of Charlotte in the town of Cherokee near the Smoky Mountains.
