CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Six people were seriously hurt after a fiery accident on I-485. 

It happened in Ballantyne Saturday evening. 

Medic said two people had life-threatening injuries, and four had serious injuries.

All of the victims were rushed to the hospital.

State highway patrol was investigating the crash.
