Some light rain and mist and drizzle joins us this morning on what is shaping up to be a chilly and cloudy day. Spotty rain showers are possible on and off through the day with the best chance for rain being in the late afternoon, through the evening and overnight. Highs today will stick to the 40's BUT a should warm back up to around 60° tomorrow afternoon.
WEATHER HIGHLIGHTER: There is a chance for accumulating ice for the Mountains through this morning! Up to a tenth of an inch of ice is possible, mainly accumulating on trees and powerlines but untreated roads could become icy along with bridges and overpasses. By the afternoon (even late morning), temps will be above freezing removing the further ice threat!
By the evening, rain will become more widespread into Monday morning. Monday has a fighting chance for a little sunshine! It looks like rain will start off the early morning hours, but we should dry out by the afternoon. Clouds could break, mixing with some sunshine as temperatures climb back into the 60s.
Rain is more likely Tuesday through Friday (still on and off). Beneath a warm front we will climb back into the low to mid 60's on Thursday before chilling back down into the 50's.
Have a great rest of your weekend!
