It's another pleasant day for the Carolinas  Skies are sunny with highs expected to be in the upper 70s to around 80.  Look for clear skies tonight with temperatures falling into the mid-50s, with light winds.

This weekend:  Sunny skies can be expected both Saturday and Sunday with highs in the mid-80s Sunday and in the upper 80s Sunday.   Lows at night will be in the upper 50s to low 60s.

The first day of Fall is Monday, but temperatures will be more like summer.  Look for highs in the upper 80s, with a few areas south and southeast in the low 90s.  It's more of the same Tuesday-Thursday.

Tracking the Tropics:

Hurricane Jerry is now 130 miles northeast of the island of Barbuda and is moving west-northwest at 17mph. Sustained winds are 85 mph.  Jerry will move north of the northern Leeward Islands later today and will pass to the north of Puerto Rico on Saturday.
