CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. -- Authorities are searching for a registered sex offender in Cabarrus County.
The sheriff's office and Concord Police said they recently discovered Victor Sibby was not living at his registered address in Concord. Following an investigation, it was determined Sibby was residing at another location within 1,000 feet of two day cares in the Logan community.
Police said Sibby will face multiple charges for failing to notify the sheriff’s office of an address change as well as living too close to the day cares.
Sibby is a 44-year-old black male about 5’6” tall. He weighs around 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Sibby was last known to have a mustache and a thin beard and is still believed to be in the Logan area.
