CONCORD, N.C. – Police in Concord are asking for the public’s help identifying a group of suspects responsible for multiple business break-ins.

According to Concord Police, a group of males broke into the Bass Pro Shops store at Concord Mills Mall early Thursday morning. Investigators said the suspects stole several Airsoft guns, which shoot plastic BBs and are replicas of real firearms.

The next morning, police said a group of suspects attempted to break into City Pawn Shop on Church Street North in Concord. The suspects were seen driving a white SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Equinox. Investigators said the suspects were able to get into the shop but nothing was taken from the pawn shop.

Detectives believe the incidents are connected.
