GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — One person was taken to the hospital after a work truck was found on its side in Gaston County, Gaston County Office of Emergency Management and Fire Services confirmed.
It happened in the area of April Drive and Homestead Drive in Gastonia, not far from York Highway.
When fire crews arrived, they found a work truck with an attached trailer on its side.
One person was pinned in that vehicle, but first responders were able to safely extricate them and take them to the hospital.
