YORK COUNTY, S.C. -- A no swimming advisory was issued for a cove on Lake Wylie due to a wastewater spill, according to officials in Tega Cay.

According to city officials, the spill was reported from a wastewater treatment plant in the 4100 block of Koala Circle in Tega Cay. About 12,000 gallons of partially treated wastewater spilled into the lake, officials say.
