CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Road crews with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) will continue bridge repairs on the John Belk Freeway end of Interstate 277 this week, requiring overnight ramp closures for the work.
Ramp and lane closures are scheduled from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly. All closures are dependent upon weather and are subject to change.
Monday, Nov. 14
- Inner loop of I-277 to U.S. 74 East
Tuesday, Nov. 15
- I-77 north to the outer loop of I-277
Wednesday, Nov. 16
- From U.S. 74 West, I-77 North, South Boulevard, East Third Street, South Church Street and East Brooklyn Village Avenue to the inner loop of I-277
- From the inner loop to I-77 North and I-77 South, East Fourth Street and South Boulevard
Thursday, Nov. 17
- From the inner loop to I-77 South, U.S. 74 East, Carson/South boulevards, East Third/South College streets and Kenilworth Avenue
- From I-77 North, U.S. 74 West, South Boulevard, East Brooklyn Village Avenue and from South Clarkson/East Morehead streets to the outer loop
