Making Cheerwine pancakes

An unexpected ingredient makes this breakfast treat delicious!


Cheerwine Pancakes


Flour: 3 cups

Baking powder: 7 tsp

Salt: 2 tsp

White sugar: 2 TBS

Whole milk: 2.5 cups

Eggs: 2 ea

Cup: Cheerwine or Sundrop

Melted butter


In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk on medium heat until fully incorporated

On a medium preheated nonstick grilled, ladle 8 oz of batter.

Add your favorite toppings on top. When edges begin to dry and thick bubbles form, flip for an additional 2 min.

Serve with your favorite toppings, jams and syrups.
