Recipe: Tahini Vanilla Protein Bites

1/3 c coconut flour
1/2 c ALOHA Vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
unsweetened, shredded coconut (for rolling)
1/2 c tahini
1/4 c raw cashews
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Prep:
Add cashews, maple syrup, and vanila extract to food processor. Pulse.
Pour in coconut flour, tahini and protein powder. Pulse.
Scoop dough into balls, roll in shredded coconut, then store in fridge for at least an hour. Enjoy!
Keep bites in fridge for up to one week.
