CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Taylor Parrott, a 24-year-old from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is a huge Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets fan.

The Panthers community relations department heard about Taylor and helped set up an opportunity he won't forget. He got to get picture on game field and hung out as Panthers players came out of their last practice of the season.

Ron Rivera stopped his golf cart he normally rides in on to come talk to Taylor. Players lined up to say hello and give him autographs. No one knew who he was, and nobody was asked to stop and talk to him -- they just did anyway.

Taylor was even given a pair of gloves from Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly.

That night, the Hornets community relations department treated him to to the VIP experience. He and parents were brought court-side during the pregame shoot-around.

Hornets players Cody Zeller, Jeremy Lamb, Willy Hernamgomez and Frank Kaminsky all came to sign autographs and have pictures taken with Taylor.
