CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man was shot and killed in east Charlotte Friday night, police said.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were called to a reported shooting in a parking lot in the 7000 block of Lawyers Road near Albemarle Road around 9 p.m. When police got to the scene, they found a man suffering with a gunshot wound.
The victim, identified as Christopher Jamil Moore, 22, was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
