GASTONIA, N.C. — The Gastonia Police Department have the suspect in custody accused of shooting and killing another man back on November 22.
According to police, 19-year-old Jeremy Austin Smith is accused of stealing a car and shooting two people resulting in the death of 30-year-old Terrence Shatiq Terrell.
Police report Smith is charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon resulting in serious injury, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
