CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two people are in the hospital Wednesday afternoon with serious wounds after an incident in northeast Charlotte.
Medic said one patient was discovered along Charidge Lane, while the other one was found along Hathshire Drive. Both locations are just off University City Boulevard, near I-85.
One of the patients was stabbed, while the other was shot. Both were taken to a hospital for treatment with life-threatening injuries.
As of publication, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has not released initial information about what may have happened. WCNC Charlotte will provide updates once new details are made available.
