SALISBURY, N.C. -- A murder suspect wanted in Salisbury has been arrested.
Eric Maurice Feamster, 27, was shot at killed at the Clancy Hills Apartments on Fairmont Avenue on July 28.
Police arrested 24-year-old Kevin Rashee Toomer Friday.
He is being held in jail under no bond in Richmond. He will be extradited back to Salisbury.
