Annual music and arts festival returns to Huntersville this weekend

Festival parking, admission, and activities are all free.

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — An annual music and arts festival is returning to Huntersville this weekend.

Hello Huntersville will run from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 5.

As part of the festival, Veterans Park will be filled with food trucks, breweries, vendors and artists, entertainers roaming around the festival, and more.

Festival parking, admission, and activities are all free.

There will also be several performances throughout the day at the IceHouse Stage. Performers include: Grand Central Dance Academy, Gabbi in Motion, Hopewell High School, Cornelius Youth Orchestra and the Tim Cook Band, and Al G & Friends.

Due to festival events, Main Street from Huntersville-Concord Road to Bigham Street, will be closed from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as will Maxwell Avenue from Huntersville-Concord Road to N.C. 115.

Parking will be available at the Town Center Parking Garage, the South Main Street parking lot, the Arts & Cultural Center parking lot, Holbrook Park, and the Downtown Greenway parking lot.
