MINT HILL, N.C. — A raccoon found in the Mint Hill area has tested positive for rabies, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Animal Care & Control reports.
Officials report, the health department alerted the AC & C that an alert will be sent to all residents living in the Mint Hill area later tonight.
There were no human or animal exposures reported.
