CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte's own The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery is celebrating a big win.
On Friday, USA Today's 10Best Reader's Choice tapped Charlotte's oldest brewery as 2024's "Best Beer Garden in the U.S." With the rapid growth of the craft brewing industry in recent years, it sometimes seems like there is a new brewery popping up every week.
But Charlotte's oldest independent brewery is proving that they've still got it ... not only to Charlotteans but to people all over the country who voted for the brewery's beer garden, the largest in the southeast.
