CHARLOTTE, N.C. — WCNC Charlotte's prime time news special replaces NBC’s 30 Rock programming event. The 30 Rock hour long program will be re-aired on Friday, July 17th at 9 p.m. on USA, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY and CNBC.
