CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A car crashed in the Mickey and Mooch restaurant on Providence Road Saturday night causing the restaurant to close for business Sunday.
The restaurant is located in the Arboretum Shopping Center where CMPD and Medic both respond to the accident.
Two people were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
A relative of the victims told NBC Charlotte they were hit walking out of the restaurant.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
The restaurant is closed until further notice as crews repair the damage.
