Besides an isolated storm around SE Cleveland to NW York County most of us stayed dry. This morning we only dropped to 71° which is an unofficial record for the warmest low for May 23rd! We can anticipate highs in the mid 90's starting tomorrow and over the next 7 days.
Tonight will be dry with a few lingering clouds with another warm start with lows around 70°. Friday afternoon begins the BIG warm up or Summer surge! Highs in the mid 90's are expected with it feeling a little warmer due to the amount of humidity in the air.
This holiday weekend we will be in mid to the upper 90's feeling even warmer at times. Heat indices could approach 100° so do not over exert yourself!
A COUPLE OF REMINDERS:
Each day will come with a chance for a pop up thunderstorm during the afternoon but these will be isolated and not everyone will see rain over the next week.
Have a wonderful evening and stay cool!
